Terms & Conditions

Whereas timeless closet is a company whose activity is selling on commission on behalf of others in relation to products with known brands and global brands and has sufficient experience in this regard, and the seller wished to display his personal goods with timeless closet, who accepted that, and accordingly this contract was drawn up between the two parties with the following conditions:

1. Introduction Part

The previous introduction is considered an integral and complementary part of this contract

2. Procedures

Upon receipt of the goods, we will take all necessary steps to sell the product by displaying it through our online store, and We follows the policy of the recipient first, it is displayed first on the website, provided that the display period is 60 days from the date of seller's written approval of the sales prices recorded and agreed upon

3. Inspection

If it is proven that the product is not as in the stated condition that the seller declared on the sell form, we will return it to the owner and he will pay the shipping costs of this return

4. Commission

The two parties have agreed on the sales commission that timeless closet will receive

5. Product return

If the owner wants to return the product before the end of the offer period (60 days), there will be a fine of 200 Egyptian pounds for one item excluding shipping costs and the return requires 10 working days.

6. Payment

Payment will be made within 7 days of the selling date

7. The product is in the sale stage

If the product is sold through the website and is on its way to be delivered to the buyer the product cannot be returned or the amount paid to the owner until the sale or cancellation process is completed.

8. Pictures Usage Rights

Timeless Closet reserves the right to publish and take pictures of the item offered for sale on the website
